Rebounding (our trampoline workouts) is a high-energy, low-impact workout that engages nearly every muscle in your body simultaneously. Whether you are looking for an efficient calorie burn or a fun way to improve your overall wellness, rebounding classes offer a versatile solution for all fitness levels. Some of the benefits of rebounding:
- Joint-Friendly Cardio: Unlike running, which can be hard on the knees and hips, the elastic surface of a rebounder absorbs up to 80%–87% of the impact shock, allowing for a vigorous heart-pumping session without the jarring strain.
